Enterprising Youth (EY) 2017 is a 6 month new innovative start-up accelerator program that aims to enable 24 local youth aged between 16 – 28 (from within and around Alkimos, and the wider Wanneroo region) to create and launch their own commercial and/or social enterprise.

STRUCTURE

Over the course of 6 months, participants will learn in an inspiring and supportive environment the essential skills, knowledge and tools required to bring their enterprising vision and ideas to fruition.

This program starts with a 5day immersive workshop intensive, followed by new lessons delivered fortnightly and supplemented by group mentoring sessions in the alternate weeks, in between classes.

Each lesson will feature actionable content, to assist participants to ground and actualise their enterprising idea.

WHEN

Our aim is to kick-start the program by early August 2017 (dates to be confirmed).
